Attorney-Client Relationship
The attorney-client relationship is formed only when you and the lawyer or firm you choose have expressly agreed to an engagement that includes specific terms regarding the scope of the activities, fees and other important matters. You should not form an attorney-client relationship before considering a number of factors, including possible conflicts of interest.
For our mutual protection, we ask that you not convey to us any information you regard as confidential until we have established a formal attorney-client relationship.
